Every new market we enter, we go through a tight screening process with contractors to go on our preferred contractor list. If you’re a contractor and are interested in joining our team, please e-mail us with Preferred Contractor in the subject line, a brief message about your company, and an office representative will get back to you shortly.

Rehab Project Payments

We pay all our contractors in thirds:

  • 1/3 upon agreement of the scope of work
  • 1/3 upon 50% completion
  • 1/3 upon 100% completion, with permits in hand.
  • Maintenance Payments (Contractor must have e-mail address):

    1. Work Order is submitted to Contractor via e-mail
    2. Contractor completes work
    3. Tenant signs off that work is complete
    4. Contractor mails signed work order(s) to office
    5. Checks are sent weekly.
